The company, started by Bob Harrow in 1946, pioneered the cruise ship photography business. Trans-Ocean was the first company to introduce photography on cruise ships, the first company to introduce color, implement freestanding mini labs, provide digital mini lab technology, and to develop digital imaging fleet wide with 100% "no film" technology. Since its inception in 1946, the company has lead the industry in delivering innovative service and superior customer service to the attraction industry.
